How do I create a group based on a certain criteria? I can create a report using a formula but I don't know how to translate the results of the report to a group.

Place your cursor over the report and right click. One of the pop-up menu choices is to "save the report as a group".

Perhaps we need to have a more direct way to save a group but for now this should do the trick.

open stock wiz
select "formula" icon lower left on screen
hit "run" after you selcte a formula that appears to the left
select from pop up menu "all entries in databse, or a smaller group you may already have
let it run to finish

when it stops running, hit the icon "reports" lower left
click on left side where it says "Demo, Early Risers"
this brings up your own personal report you want now on the right side

right click on the report and a pop up menu appears
select "save as group"
